Reims, France

Short trip to Reims (rhymes with France, if you can believe it.  Sort of like Hronce.) today through the vineyards.
We saw the cathedral, learned of the Hundred Years' War in which the French took back Reims from the British.  Of course there was scaffolding and renovation work at the cathedral.

It was huge.
Someone has perhaps seen one too many cathedrals.
So Maria and I took the littles outside. They enjoyed the fountain
And a snail.
We went home in the afternoon and the kids watched Tangled
While Todd and I went for a walk in the countryside.
My sweetheart.
We saw cute houses,
And cows.
Then went back home and gathered the kids for a walk so Rod and Maria could make dinner for us.
Rapunzel.
The river Ardre that runs through Crugny.
After a nice meal of gnocchi, mash and quiche, it was time for some cricket and nest building.
