Windsor castle

We went on our own to Windsor Castle today.  Todd was at the helm today and we made it there and back safely.  It was another beautiful hot day. We found a car park and walked along a park up to windsor castle, where we all got an audio guide for a walking tour of the castle. Bravo to the castle for creating an audio tour specifically for kids. They really enjoyed it. We weren't allowed to photograph in the castle, but I got a few shots outside in the grounds.

Windsor is a huge working castle. The queen wasn't in today, but she was just a few days ago.

After a hot day of walking and history, we sat down for some ice cream and San Pellegrino. 

We then went home to discover that we were moving again. Our boiler is on the fritz, so we moved across the hall to a new flat that has wifi and laundry. Wow, has that made everyone quite happy!
