...did I ever think our first night would go this well.
Their was one scare at 1:30am. I woke to Maija getting out of bed saying it's 6:30! She was about to hop into Kai's bed with her kindle. Kai was already reading.
"No! Back to bed! It's 6:30 PM, in Portland!"
But then the strangest thing happened. They did go back to bed, and they slept until we woke them at 9 am.
